Otherside Brewing Co is a boutique craft beer company which begun in Fremantle. With its success, it soon out-grew its original facilities and sought to find a new premise to operate from. The owners in developing their business plan required a premise large enough to meet their intended production capacity but also incorporate a cellar door component, a feature which was common across other successful craft brewers throughout Australia based on market research.
