Lot 8 (No. 846) Beaufort Street, Inglewood (Cnr Seventh Ave)
This project related to the dilapidated rear storage areas of Beaufort Street commercial units. A number of alterations and extensions were proposed to convert this storage area into an activated restaurant and bar.
Located within the heritage protection area of Inglewood, the development area adjoined commercial development to the north-west and residential development to the south-east. A key challenge of the project was to integrate the conflicting built form and land uses to create an attractive transition for the streetscape.
