Southern River Child Care Premises

Earlier this month Dynamic Planning and Developments gained JDAP approval for a proposed Child Care Premises in Southern River on behalf of the proponent, Leap Start Early Learning Child Care.

After being engaged to pursue an approval at the site, Dynamic Planning and Developments championed the coordination of the project and worked collaboratively with the City of Gosnells to achieve a quality and refined design outcome.

The approved Child Care Centre will fill a well-needed gap in the Southern River locality for early childhood learning and we are pleased to be able to facilitate an important amenity for the community and surrounding areas.

We now thoroughly look forward to seeing this project come to life and it was a pleasure to be a part of.

Townhouses in Nedlands

Dynamic Planning were involved in the the approval of five (5) townhouses on Doonan Road in Nedlands. The design of the development was such that a number of variations required planning justification in order to get the support of Council. As part of the process we also attended a Council meeting to present a deputation in support of the application.
