Commercial precinct, including childcare centre, set for Wattle Grove

SUCCESS ✅ We are thrilled to announce that we have received approval for another development on behalf of our client, bringing new allied health facilities and a childcare centre to Wattle Grove.


Located at the corner of Hale and Wimbridge Roads, the new commercial precinct is set to include:

  • A childcare centre accommodating 84 children of varying age groups

  • A medical centre

  • A pharmacy

  • Physiotherapy/chiropractic, podiatry, and dental consultation rooms

The site is well-serviced by public transport and is in close proximity to Wattle Grove Primary School, Wattle Grove Naturescape and other local commercial premises. We are excited to see this development proceed within the City of Kalamunda, providing both residents and the working community improved access to local services and amenities.
