We’re thrilled to share the successful approval of our recent application for a mixed-use commercial development at 64 Gingin Road, Lancelin.
Recently approved unanimously by the JDAP, the Gingin Road Motel Development will capitalise on its iconic location to significantly enhance the existing infrastructure at the site. The project aims to create a unique, place-based experience that benefits both local residents and the many tourists who visit Lancelin - a town already known for its substantial tourism and earmarked for further growth.
The 7,766 sqm waterfront site will be transformed into a vibrant hub for tourism and community connection, bringing fresh energy and amenities to Lancelin, including:
4,000 sqm of premium motel accommodation with three distinct options: traditional motel units, exclusive beachfront units and premium chalets.
A 255 sqm tavern and brewery, a key attraction providing a welcoming space to dine and socialise.
Potential upgrades to the existing restaurant and residence to enhance dining and hospitality options for both locals and visitors.
