We are thrilled to have assisted Uniting WA in receiving unanimous approval for a new development designed to provide long-term, safe, secure and stable accommodation to vulnerable members of the community who have experienced homelessness or are at risk of homelessness.
Located on Salcott Road in Girrawheen, the new housing development will accommodate up to 10 adult residents at one time in 10 one-bedroom dwellings. Designed by leading Australian architect Nic Brunsdon, the new residences will be of high quality and will achieve a number of sustainable design outcomes to minimise running costs. The project prioritises easy-care and easy-clean facilities, as well as ample connectivity to nature and interaction spaces that encourage and facilitate social connection.
We are looking forward to the delivery of supportive community housing by a reputable not-for-profit organisation with extensive and proven experience in this field.
