We are excited to be back for 2023 and celebrating approval success for a brand-new childcare centre in Perth’s northern suburb of Madeley.
DP are delighted to have secured this approval at the Metro Outer JDAP for the new centre located on the corner of King David Boulevard and Sovrano Avenue, with capacity for 92 children and 13 staff.
A parking shortfall of six car parking bays was deemed a success in this approval, an outcome achieved with the assistance of traffic engineering advice from Cardno, ensuring that the shortfall would not impact the residential amenity in the area with the centre able to accommodate all of the parking demand on site.
