Earlier in October, Neil participated in the MACA Cancer 200 Ride for Research, cycling from Optus Stadium to Mandurah – and back again!!
Neil would like to extend a huge thank you to each and every person who donated to him directly, helping him raise a total of $11,049. Your generosity kept him going through the hills and climbs, and through some parts where he had little energy left.
He is proud to have joined Auto Masters (AM) for this ride and would like to also thank all those who supported the AM team. Together, the team raised a fantastic $127,068, placing them in the top 10 fundraisers among many large companies and corporations.
The ride was in support of the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research, whose researchers are dedicated to finding answers faster and developing ground-breaking treatments for the hardest-to-treat cancers. In addition to the cause of cancer research, Neil also rode in memory of a close friend he lost recently, Nigel Warr, who was the Managing Director of Auto Masters.
Thank you to everyone who supported this event and cause!
