Bidfood in Malaga

Recently Dynamic Planning and Developments was fortunate to act on behalf of Bidfood Australia to seek approval for a purpose built storage, processing and distribution facility in the heart of the established Malaga industrial area.

Due to the cost of development, it was a mandatory JDAP application which resulted in the need to deal with two separate planning authorities. ultimately the development received unanimous support and was approved. We look forward to seeing this development up and running.
