Bullsbrook Roadhouse

DPD recently obtained planning approval through the Metro Outer Joint Development Assessment Panel for a Roadhouse development in the City of Swan.

The proposed Roadhouse will be located at the intersection of Tonkin Highway and Neaves Road, both of which are key regional roads suggesting it will be an ideal location for a Roadhouse.

During the approval process DPD were able to overcome a number of hurdles including but not limited to access approval from Main Roads, management and treatment of stormwater and effluent due to the absence of reticulated sewer and the supply of potable water.
