Project Overview

This project involved Dynamic Planning acting on behalf of the Council of the City of Swan in a State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) matter where the Council resolved to refuse a proposed telecommunications tower.
As a member of the respondent team, Dynamic Planning acted as the expert planning witness in the SAT hearing which involved the preparation of a Statement of Facts, Issues and Contentions (SFIC) and a Witness Statement as well as attending a two (2) day SAT hearing.
