Hobby Outbuilding in Yallingup

Dynamic Planning and Developments were fortunate enough to be involved in the development application for a client’s private residence in Yallingup. Planning approval was received for a new outbuilding which will allow the client to continue their lifetime hobby of woodworking and furniture making.

To do so, proactive liaisons were required with the City of Busselton in order to vary the building envelope at the site, as the proposed shed’s location was outside of the envelope. The complex solution was done with relative ease through the City’s unwavering ability to cooperate and ensure that the best outcome was met.
