Dynamic Planning and Developments have successfully obtained planning approval through the Metro Inner-South JDAP for this high-quality mixed use commercial development located at 1 (Lot 11) Wilfred Road, Canning Vale.
It’s great to be involved in another exciting project from the team at @AGEM Property Group, which will have a Golds gym with a capacity of 120 patrons that will operate 24/7, a childcare premise with 75 children and 14 staff members, a medical centre which will have four practitioners and an extension to the existing vet.
We look forward to visiting on site when works have begun!
