Townhouses in Nedlands

Dynamic Planning were involved in the the approval of five (5) townhouses on Doonan Road in Nedlands. The design of the development was such that a number of variations required planning justification in order to get the support of Council. As part of the process we also attended a Council meeting to present a deputation in support of the application.

Otherside Brewing Co is a boutique craft beer company which begun in Fremantle. With its success, it soon out-grew its original facilities and sought to find a new premise to operate from.
