This iconic project shall facilitate an approximate 370 residential lots designed to cater for a wide range of housing types. The project was the first high density ‘R80’ site outside of the main Town Centres within the City of Gosnells and is a benchmark planning project.
The project site was originally a ‘Rural’ zoned land parcel and as a consequence, required Region and Local Scheme Amendments. In doing so, an Outline Development Plan (ODP) was also produced to ensure that appropriate planning design took into consideration the opportunities and constraints of the site.
As the project site requires remediation, intense project management has been applied, as a multitude of professionals are involved to ensure that remediation, infrastructure and service provision, and subdivision construction are all undertaken within an optimized timeframe.
