Waterford Triangle – Student Accommodation

Dynamic Planning and Developments recently received approval for an eight storey student accommodation development in Waterford.

This approval was a culmination of years of work which commenced in 2016 with an amendment to the City of South Perth Local Planning Scheme. This amendment and the associated design guidelines enabled us to establish a framework for which the ultimate development outcome could be designed around.

Credit must go to Bay and the team at Exal Group for assembling a quality project team made up of DKO Architecture, REALMstudios, Mackay Urbandesign and Cardno as well as many others behind the scenes.

Finally, we must also commend the State Development Assessment Unit and how they handled the process. It was a collaborative, solutions based approach that achieved a great outcome for all stakeholders
